* Add bz2

* Support 'b' prefix on str

* List.index() throws an exception if item not found

This is consistent with Python. Added find() method that returns -1 similar to str (although this does not exist in Python's list).

* Update complex64 str and repr

* Fix tests

* Add 'default' arg to min() and max()
