[Refactor] Move transforms in mmselfsup to mmpretrain. (#1396)
* [Refactor] Move transforms in mmselfsup to mmpretrain.

* Update transform docs and configs. And register some mmcv transforms in
mmpretrain.

* Fix missing transform wrapper.

* update selfsup transforms

* Fix UT
